Jersey City, NJ, Jan 29, 2008 --- Effective February 1, 2008, Soyuz Victan USA adds a new partner to its market force appointing Compass Brands as the sales and distribution agency for the SV Silk Vodka brand in the United States. SV-USA, a subsidiary of the Soyuz Victan Group of Companies based in Kiev, Ukraine, is entering its second year of successful marketing in the USA.
Compass Brands (www.compassbrandsinc.com) was launched in December 2007 as a strategic brand building sales organization. Its primary goal is to navigate new brands through the complexities of the three-tier system. Through a custom distributor network and a hands-on approach, Compass Brands aims to build brands by using the best industry practices.

Until now, Soyuz Victan has housed the sales and distribution functions in its SV-USA headquarters in Jersey City, NJ.
